Internationaler Point Alpha Marsch (IPAM) freuen. Das Interesse ist seit der letztj\u00e4hrigen Auflage des Angebots der Kreisgruppe Osthessen im Reservistenverband der deutschen Bundeswehr e.V. also noch einmal gewachsen. Neben US-amerikanischen, niederl\u00e4ndischen, portugiesischen und japanischen Soldaten nahm dieses Jahr erstmals eine britische Delegation am IPAM teil. Die standesgem\u00e4\u00dfe Distanz: 30 km. Brehm und SU d.R. Fey auf die Rahmenbedingungen der Veranstaltung hin. Anschlie\u00dfend sprach der B\u00fcrgermeister der Point-Alpha-Gemeinde Rasdorf, J\u00fcrgen Hahn, ein Gru\u00dfwort. Von Seiten der Point Alpha Stiftung begr\u00fc\u00dfte der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Vorstand Benedikt Stock. Er freute sich dar\u00fcber, dass das historische Ambiente zum wiederholten Male die Kulisse f\u00fcr den IPAM gibt. Zugleich unterstrich er, dass der IPAM auch ein Zeichen der Verbundenheit von Zivilgesellschaft und Point Alpha auf der einen und der Bundeswehr und den NATO-Partnern auf der anderen Seite darstelle. Stock dankte schlie\u00dflich noch den Organisatoren f\u00fcr die reibungslose Vorbereitung und gute Kommunikation.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend machten sich die Marschierenden bei bestem Wetter auf ihre jeweilige Streckendistanz. Unterwegs passierten sie Checkpoints und Versorgungsstellen. Der ein oder andere Moment, die malerische Landschaft im UNESCO-Biosph\u00e4renreservat Rh\u00f6n zu genie\u00dfen, blieb auf jeder Strecke mit Sicherheit. Als Anerkennung wartete am Start- und Zielpunkt \u201eUS Camp\u201c eine Urkunde sowie ein speziell gestalteter Coin beziehungsweise Patch. Der Tag klang mit einem Kameradschaftsabend aus.<\/p>\n<p>Die Point Alpha Stiftung dankt f\u00fcr das rege Interesse und freut sich bereits jetzt auf die n\u00e4chste Ausrichtung.
