Internationalen Museumstag\u201c, der am Sonntag, 18. Mai, unter dem Motto \u201eMuseen mit Freude entdecken\u201c stattfindet. Zum einen besteht f\u00fcr die Besucher die Gelegenheit, das breite Spektrum der Ausstellungen in der Gedenkst\u00e4tte Point Alpha regul\u00e4r von 10 bis 18 Uhr kennenzulernen. Speziell an diesem Tag \u2013 ebenso wie kurz danach an Himmelfahrt und Pfingsten \u2013 locken dar\u00fcber hinaus Spezial-Angebote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wanderung zum Wiesenfelder Turm:<\/strong> Unter dem Titel \u201eUnter Beobachtung\u201c bietet sich bei dieser Tour am Sonntag, den 18.Mai, bereits ab 11 Uhr die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine F\u00fchrungsstelle der DDR-Grenztruppen kennenzulernen. Ein G\u00e4stebegleiter beleuchtet dabei die Situation des geteilten Deutschlands in der Zeit des Kalten Krieges. Erwachsene bezahlen pro Person f\u00fcnf Euro, Sch\u00fcler und Azubis 2,50 Euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fchrung in der Gedenkst\u00e4tte:<\/strong> Eine G\u00e4stebegleitung gibt am 18. Mai einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Themen der Gedenkst\u00e4tte Point Alpha und die Grenzsperranlagen. Die Kosten der F\u00fchrung betragen 3,50 Euro pro Person zuz\u00fcglich zum regul\u00e4ren Eintritt. Kinder unter 16 Jahren sind von der F\u00fchrungsgeb\u00fchr befreit, sie zahlen nur den Gedenkst\u00e4tteneintritt.<br \/>\nWeitere Gelegenheiten zu einer Gedenkst\u00e4ttenf\u00fchrung sind dann nach Christi Himmelfahrt am Samstag (31. Mai) und Sonntag (1. Juni) sowie an Pfingstsonntag (8. Juni) und Pfingstmontag (9. Juni). Start ist jeweils um 14 Uhr.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePoint Alpha erm\u00f6glicht allen Besuchern besondere Einblicke in unsere Museumswelt. Die Point Alpha Stiftung \u00fcbernimmt nicht nur Verantwortung f\u00fcr den Erhalt unseres Kulturguts, sondern f\u00f6rdert die Verst\u00e4ndigung, Toleranz und Vielfalt.
