Der Eingang zur Gedenkst\u00e4tte Buchenwald.<\/p><\/div>\n

Zu einem besonderen Erlebnis mit bleibenden Eindr\u00fccken wurde der Weiterbildungs-Ausflug, zu dem die Point Alpha Stiftung die G\u00e4stebegleiter der Gedenkst\u00e4tte Point Alpha eingeladen hatte. Erste Station war die Gedenkst\u00e4tte Buchenwald, die mit ihren Ausstellungen an die Verbrechen der NS-Zeit erinnert. Von Juli 1937 bis April 1945 betrieb die SS auf dem Ettersberg bei Weimar das Konzentrationslager Buchenwald. Von August 1945 bis Februar 1950 nutzte die sowjetische Besatzungsmacht das Gel\u00e4nde als Speziallager.<\/p>\n

Die 1958 von der DDR eingeweihte Nationale Mahn- und Gedenk\u00adst\u00e4tte Buchen\u00adwald wurde in den 1990er Jahren umfassend neu konzipiert. Heute sind historische Geb\u00e4ude, Relikte aus der Lager\u00adzeit und Denkm\u00e4ler sowie vier Dauer\u00adausstellungen zu besichtigen. Vielf\u00e4ltige p\u00e4dagogische Angebote richten sich an Einzelbesucher wie Gruppen.<\/p>\n

\"\"Zweites Ziel der G\u00e4stef\u00fchrer, die unter anderem vom Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrenden Vorstand Benedikt Stock und Studienleiter Philipp Metzler begleitet wurden, war das Bauhaus-Museum in Weimar. Anl\u00e4sslich des 100-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4ums des 1919 in Weimar gegr\u00fcndeten Staatlichen Bauhauses er\u00f6ffnete 2019 das neue Bauhaus-Museum und pr\u00e4sentiert seitdem die Sch\u00e4tze der weltweit \u00e4ltesten Bauhaus-Sammlung. Als Ort der offenen Begegnung und Diskussion erinnert es an die fr\u00fche Phase der bedeutendsten Design- und Kunstschule des 20. Jahrhunderts und verkn\u00fcpft deren Geschichte mit Fragen zur Lebensgestaltung von Heute und Morgen.<\/p>\n

Eine F\u00fchrung durch die Ausstellungen nahm Bezug auf die zentralen Fragestellungen, Ideen und Gestaltungsvorschl\u00e4ge des Bauhauses und deren heutige Bedeutsamkeit.
